Arvada High School is proud to be a tight-knit, comprehensive high school of about 650 students. As a Title I school, we strive to provide programs and opportunities that can be found at larger, more affluent schools. We offer a variety of pathways for students to be able to take targeted classes in careers including STEM, Visual and Performing Arts, Culinary, and Journalism. These pathways allow students to explore the fields and receive certifications and college credits in those areas. Arvada… is also proud to be a GT Center Program where students who qualify can take rigorous classes in a supported environment. Our belief in Restorative Practices combined with our core mission to ''Empower Students to Be Leaders of Their Own Learning'' prepare students to be successful in their futures and able to navigate difficulties in a positive way. Demographically, Arvada serves a wide range of students: Total enrollment as of Fall 2025 is approximately 675 students. Our school community consists of: Grades 9 ? 12 Educator to Student Ration 1:17 751 students enrolled full-time across all grade levels 201 students in the class of 2024 75% Free or Reduced Lunch Eligible 19% Mobility Rate 14% English Language Learners 18% Special Education Services Ethnic Breakdown: 3% Asian, 3% Black or African American, 58% Hispanic or Latino/a/x, 0.5% American Indian or Alaska Native, 4% Two or more races, 31% White.
