The Weld RE-4 School District vision and strategic plan are products of our unwavering commitment to our students and their futures. Through meeting these objectives, we are not only preparing our students for the future, but also empowering them to shape it. Together, as a united community, we will continue to invest in the potential of every student, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the world beyond our schools. BY THE NUMBERS Our Students: 8,472 students, 92.2% graduation rate, 24.3% free and reduced lunch, 9.6% special education, 3.9% multilingual learners, and 9% gifted and talented. Our Staff & District data supports across approximately 103 square miles with 529 teachers / certified staff (FTE), 423 classified staff (FTE), 63 admin professionals (FTE), 266 substitutes and 717 volunteers.
