Otis School District in rural northeastern Colorado, serves students in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. As a small, close-knit school community, Otis Elementary provides a nurturing and supportive learning environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. The school is deeply committed to academic excellence and the development of foundational skills in literacy, mathematics, and critical thinking. Instruction is guided by data-driven practices a… nd aligned with Colorado Academic Standards to ensure each student?s academic growth and success. Individualized attention and targeted interventions?such as reading and math support?help meet the diverse needs of all learners. Beyond academics, Otis prioritizes the social and emotional well-being of students. Through character education and enrichment programs, students build skills in responsibility, empathy, teamwork, and resilience.
