hat nurture students' passions and promote lifelong learning. By offering diverse and flexible learning opportunities, Yampah encourages students to explore and develop their interests, preparing them for success beyond the classroom. The school environment is structured to provide supportive relationships and a sense of community, aligning with Glasser's emphasis on love and belonging. Through these relationships and a focus on intrinsic motivation, Yampah aims to inspire students to take ownership of their education, pursue their passions, and become engaged, self-directed learners for life. The Rebound Affective Needs program, initially developed before the school's formation, remains a program of the CR BOCES member districts and is not a licensed school. In 1994, the Teen Parent Program was added to address the needs of students with parenting responsibilities. In 2001, the school was designated a Glasser Quality School, and Choice Theory remains the foundational philosophy of the school.
