Building leaders meet monthly as a team to collaborate on developing common instruction and behavioral supports for students and staff.  Individual meetings are held with building leaders twice a month for instructional rounds and curriculum reviews. Building and department leaders regularly engage in strategic planning focused on their student needs, specifically analyzing learning gaps in sub-group populations.  These plans are reviewed monthly with the Superintendent.  Plans vary due to the needs of the school or department.
