Mission/Vision/Purpose: At Chaparral, we pride ourselves in providing excellence in academics, activities, and athletics and in preparing students to set and achieve high individual goals as they develop into lifelong learners, caring adults, and responsible citizens. 2021-2022 Overview of School:  Chaparral High School is located on the north end of Parker, CO. during the 2021-2022 school year our student population was 2,076. sons to engage all students and track academic achievement in order to provide interventions and extensions where needed. All while supporting the highest level of students on educational plans such as IEPs and 504s in the Douglas County School District. Chaparral offers multiple extracurricular activities including the performing arts, 27 varsity sports, and over 39 extra-curricular activities ranging from service organizations to student-interest clubs. Over the years it is not uncommon to have graduating classes receive over 11 million dollars in scholarships, National Merit Scholarships, and Military Academy Appointments. We are a big school with a small school feel.
