Denver Green School Northfield (DGSN) is a values-driven innovation middle school within Denver Public Schools that serves a diverse population of students in grades 6-8. Rooted in core values that include sustainability, equity, and community, the school emphasizes hands-on, real-world learning aligned to rigorous academic standards. Teachers and leaders prioritize personalized instruction and collaborative planning to ensure all students, including those receiving special education, 504, and g… ifted and talented services, have equitable access to high-quality learning opportunities. Specialized planning cycles allow for targeted intervention, enrichment, and data-driven instructional adjustments, while also supporting co-teaching and inclusive practices.
