Carver's Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) which consists of the Principal, MTSS coordinator, counselor, two CLDE teachers, and two classroom teachers participated in two, half day Step Back meetings to review Carver's data, identify priorities and targets, root causes, and determine major improvement strategies for Carver's Unified Improvement Plan. The UIP was also presented to the SAC committee for feedback. The District Accountability Committee (DAC) also provided feedback that was integrated with the current UIP.
