This specialized program attracted more families, offering advanced math instruction tailored to gifted learners. The expansion provided enhanced learning opportunities and helped meet the needs of academically talented students in the upper elementary grades. Our monthly School Accountability Committee meetings for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a parent-led committee that helps provide feedback to the school administration. The committee works on the unified school improvement plan, budget recommendations, specific district-given tasks, and reviewing student data and parental feedback. We have an independent daycare located at our facility, which offers parents the convenience of onsite before- and after-school care. Freedom also offers free after-school care to families. Both programs serve over 85-90 students.   The Freedom staff remains committed to quality, standards-based instruction that is differentiated to meet student needs. We devote time for collaborative data analysis and articulation through our embedded PLC meeting schedule. To ensure success for all students, we provide Multi-Tiered Support Systems and engage in Tier 1 instruction with increased Depth of Knowledge for all students and targeted interventions for students who may need to reteach or enrich. We consistently monitor students' progress and analyze this data at bi-monthly grade-level PLC meetings. Using short-cycle assessment structures, teachers utilize data to improve instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners.   The collaborative data analysis also ensures we meet student needs within our tiered MTSS system. Students K-5th grade participate in WIN Time. What does WIN stand for? What I Need? and refers to reteaching and/or enrichment. Some students receive a 30-minute intervention during WIN time to work on specific math or reading skills. They might work with their classroom teacher, grade level teacher, gifted and talented teacher, or a Title Reading or Math teacher. We provide ''pull-out'' and ''push-in'' interventions, enrichment, and extensions by specialists who work with students (including SRD students, students with IEPs, and Gifted and Talented students) as indicated.
