About Field Elementary School (2926)

A MESSAGE FROM:

Field Elementary School

2025-2026

Students of Field Elementary dream radically, seek collaboration, build upon personal strengths, and develop an unflappable academic and social emotional foundation. They believe in themselves - in each other - and in achieving more. They are unbreakable. In spirit and in mind. In the present and in the future. Staff choose Field. They serve and lead with a profound sense of pride and honor. Adults at Field relish sparking purpose, igniting change, and challenging what has been and what can be. … They create joy through meaningful learning experiences that accelerate growth for all students. These ideals guide their designs for learning and daily interactions with students, families, and each other. Because Field Elementary is the cornerstone of the community, there is a strong sense of lasting connection and belonging. The impact of each lesson, day and year at Field is memorable, measurable and remarkable. Field Elementary prepares our students to conquer all of life?s pursuits, realities and barriers with heart, hope and strength.  Field Elementary is a K-5 building in north Littleton. Our school's current enrollment is approximately 260 students, which is a decrease of about 20 students from last year. The student population is 25% White, 66% Hispanic/Latino, and 9% other. Nearly 40% of Field's students are multilingual learners. The percentage of students with an IEP is a significant 25%, Gifted and Talented is 4%, and our mobility rate, at 26%. Field has some of the highest percentage of multilingual learners and students with an IEP in the Littleton Public School district. Field has a staff of 34 certified staff members, 24 classified and two administrators, Principal and Assistant Principal. Of the certified staff, 2.5 are mental health support staff, 3.0 are LSS instructional staff, and 5.0 are ELD teachers supporting classrooms in a co-teaching model. Although many of our students face challenges such as housing or financial instability, food insecurities, and academic gaps of one or more years, Field has strong community partnerships, additional staffing support from the district, and a commitment to help our students grow and achieve. This 25-26 school year, the focus continues on elevating the growth and achievement in mathematics, and a commitment to social emotional learning (SEL) through explicit SEL instruction.  ?
