Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) Development Process: The development of the Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) at Flatirons follows the district's Strategic School Improvement Process. This process includes multiple collaborative meetings between school leadership, district representatives, and data support staff. Throughout the year, we use our professional development days and ongoing staff collaboration meetings to analyze student performance data and develop strategies for improvement. Our UIP development is also informed by key stakeholders, including the School Accountability Committee (SAC), which consists of parents, staff, and community members. In addition, feedback is gathered from teachers, school staff, and families throughout the process to ensure our improvement strategies align with the needs of our students and community.
