School Overview Mission: Every child is a learner and a leader, not by chance but by design. Vision: Meeker is a diverse community of students, staff, and families united in achieving excellence for all. As a Leader in Me school, we empower students to become learners and leaders within a supportive, positive, and collaborative environment. Meeker Elementary School, part of the Greeley-Evans School District, serves approximately 500 students in grades PreK-5 for the 2025-2026 school year. Our st…
udent body is highly diverse, with 69% identifying as minority students, 11% as multilingual learners, and 24.5% receiving special education services. Additionally, 76% of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. The school includes two Significant Support Needs Classrooms, which accommodate 20-25 students annually, constituting around 6% of our total enrollment. This diversity allows for the majority of students to engage in co-taught classrooms, benefiting from the expertise of our special education staff, teachers, paraprofessionals, and CLD teacher. In the 2022-2023 school year, Meeker earned the Lighthouse Designation, recognizing our ongoing commitment to the Leader in Me program over the past five years.
