Polton is a Title 1 school that is supported by partnerships with community agencies like Aurora Mental Health and Secor to ensure we meet the needs of our families both in and outside of school. The Polton Community provides safe, meaningful learning experiences for students by nurturing a sense of belonging and maintaining high expectations for all, our school's vision guides our model of delivery.
