Grand View is located in Frederick and is part of the Erie School feeder. We opened in the 2018-2019 school year and are beginning our 7th year of learning. We are of around 450 students Pre K-5th with 31% percent free/reduced lunch eligible, 14% English Language Learners and 16.7% of our students are served through Special Education. h a focus on the design thinking process and building student leaders. With our current data and large number of READ plans, we will align with the St. Vrain's goal of ''creating a responsive system that sets all of our students on a trajectory of excellence for early literacy skills development and comprehension skills development for all students.'' We are a standards based school that uses district adopted curricular resources and we implement the district unit plans and pacing guides. Grand View supports English Language Learners, Students with Disabilities, and students who are gifted and talented. We collaborate strongly with our Erie feeder system and the strategic focus of St. Vrain Valley Schools. Teachers collaborate daily and support collective teacher efficacy. Grand View uses assessments and data to drive strong instruction. We looked at CMAS and curriculum based measurements. This UIP was developed by our school leadership team, overall staff and our school/parent accountability team. Based on our 2024 SPF, we are currently on a Performance Plan at 80.5/100 with 94.1% participation and accountability participation of 100%. Being in our seventh year we can look at trend data and are looking at our past three years of data to identify our priority performance challenges and our major improvement strategies.
