In identi… fying specific needs of our students, roughly 10.2% of our students are served by an Individual Education Plan, 6.5% of our students are English Language Learners. We serve about 1.5% of our students who are identified as gifted and talented. Finally, about 54.9% of our students qualify for free or reduced meal programs.  The academic data collected over the past two school years, coupled with the data received from student and teacher perception surveys, has informed the UIP. The data collected shown are current academic standing and school officials have dissected this data to determine root causes. This leadership team has created three strategic goals for Pagosa Springs High School, which also align with the strategic initiatives of the Archuleta School District.
