lity and access to quality, innovative public education programs Colorado parents and students seek. Colorado Preparatory Academy (CPA) Elementary School is a multi-district online program that serves students in grades K-5 throughout the state in numerous Colorado districts. CPA is in its thirteenth year of operation. The mission of CPA Elementary School is to foster a learning community where students are engaged, empowered, and accountable for their success. In partnership with Education reEnvisioned, we believe in setting rigorous expectations for students and that each student is capable of meeting those expectations with the support and guidance from their teachers and parents. Our dedicated teachers team with parents using Stride K12's interactive curriculum to maximize each student?s learning potential. Using assessment data, our teachers provide grade-level instruction, instructional enrichment, and interventions to meet the academic needs of each student. As of September 2025, CPA Elementary School has 943 elementary students enrolled. CPA has the following demographics: 51% female 49% male 14% of students on an IEP 3% of students identified as ELL 2% of students identified as GT 2% of students identified with a 504 4% McKinny Vento Colorado Preparatory Academy elementary school has 16 full-time regular education teachers and two part-time regular education teachers, five reading interventionists, three math interventionists, four special education teachers, one multi-language learner teacher and one gifted and talented teacher. CPA also has two social workers to assist families with student engagement. CPA elementary school shares a family engagement coordinator and a school psychologist with the middle school. The UIP planning process and data analysis focus on the previous year?s UIP strategies and feedback, assessment data, and new improvement strategies for 2025-2026. A broad representative group, including school and district leaders and school staff, was involved in data analysis, root cause analysis, and development of the improvement plan. CPA historical data was analyzed for trends focusing on improvements and declines at the school level and within disaggregated groups. With very low participation CMAS participation in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and no CMAS data from 2020, much of the focus is on internal benchmark data. The staff reviewed the root causes, major improvement strategies, and implementation benchmarks, and action plans were developed. The UIP was developed using a data-driven process in collaboration with the district, school leadership teams, and school staff. In addition, the school leaders met with district leaders in the fall of 2025 to ensure that the school UIP is in alignment with Education ReEnvisioned and CPA Action Plan, a plan developed from district-level school site visits and observations.
