Windsor Middle is a comprehensive sixth through eighth grade school in Weld County. We currently serve approximately 430 students. This is down roughly 370 students from the 2024-2025 School year, due to our school district boundaries changing to support the opening of a new middle school. Our school day consists of eight periods where students attend four core classes (Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies), two exploratory classes (PE. Art, Family and Consumer Sciences, Industrial A…
rts, Health, Choir, Band, Orchestra, or Theater), one enrichment class (Gifted & Talented, Reading Intervention, Math Intervention, and various core content enrichments), and one Advisory Class (study skills, organization, academic skills, Character Building, and student/teacher connectedness). We offer a wide variety of extra-curricular activities (athletic programs, performing arts, student leadership, and other core content related clubs). We also house a Specialized Education Program for our school district (RISE - Students with intense Autism).
