Colorado Talking Book Library named Network Library of the Year
The recognition was given by the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, part of the Library of Congress, and commends excellence, innovation and special achievement in providing library services during the calendar year to individuals who are blind or have a physical disability.
