This toolkit was developed in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Colorado Association of Local Public Health Officials and the Colorado Department of Education.

Kids in cafeteria to represent free and reduced price school meal eligibility guidelines

2021-22 free and reduced price meal income guidelines released
CDE has released the eligibility guidelines for children who may receive free and reduced-price school meals, or free milk, served by Colorado School Food Authorities that participate in the National School Lunch, School Program, Breakfast Program and/or Special Milk Program.

Teachers, parents and students invited to provide input on use of federal COVID relief funds
CDE and the State Board are seeking input through a survey and series of virtual public meetings on how to maximize the use of federal funds to support the state’s students, teachers and schools.
