The S-21 (Tuol Sleng) "Security Prison" was a torture and execution center used by the Khmer Rouge during the Cambodian genocide of 1976-1979. This mother and baby were among the victims.
International Response
Bou Meng giving testimony before the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia on 1 July 2009. Meng is the third survivor from Khmer Rouge prison S-21 who have testified in the trial against Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch.
