Build Self-Determination and Leadership Skills

Less than 14, Age 14, Ages 15-16, Ages 17-18, Ages 19-21, Ages 22-24

Goal:

To have each student develop the skills and knowledge to understand their strengths and areas of need, set and achieve goals for themselves and achieve them, and to work with other people and to be a leader in their own life.

Before, during and after high school students should be presented with these opportunities to build their self-determination skills, to prepare themselves for problem solving, decision making and mentoring and encouraging others to do the same.
