2023

ESSER Reengaging Students Survey (for all ESSER grantees) and School-Level Allocation Survey (if ESSER funds were allocated to schools in application) are due March 31, 2023.

PAR submissions for 22-23 activities, and application revisions, including budgeting placeholders and addressing outstanding comments, must be submitted for approval by June 30, 2023.

ESSER I Closeout documentation - due March 31, 2023

ESSER II funds must be spent on or before September 30, 2023.

PAR submissions for 23-24 activities - due on or before June 30, 2024.

ARP-ESSER III funds must be obligated by September 30, 2024.

Submit all ESSER Grantee/Subgrantee Reporting surveys for 23-24 - due December 20, 2024

ARP-ESSER III Closeout documentation - due December 1, 2024

2025

All grantees and subgrantees that have a renovation, major remodeling, construction, or real property project of $1 million or more in funds from these programs must record all Notice of Federal Interest (NFI) by January 28, 2025.
