EASI Support in GAINS

District or school staff completing the EASI application in GAINS can receive GAINS technical support through GAINS Small Bits Trainings or by sending technical issues to gains@cde.state.co.us.

EASI Cohort 9 Kick-Off

To prepare for the application process, district and school staff were invited to the EASI Cohort 9 Kick-Off on Wednesday, October 22 2:30-4:00pm. This virtual event provided district and school staff with the opportunity to learn about state and federal identification, meet and connect with CDE staff and external improvement providers, and learn more about support programs available through EASI. EASI Provider Kick-Off

Providers are invited to participate in an optional webinar on the EASI grant. The webinar will overview the EASI grant process, explain eligibility and prioritization, and discuss how providers can best support applying districts. The webinar will be hosted virtually on October 15, 2025 12:00pm-1:00pm. Providers can register here.

EASI Office Hours- District Designed & Led

District and school staff were invited to the EASI Cohort 8 Office Hour for District Designed & Led (DDL) on October 29, 2025 12:00pm-1:00pm. The office hour started off with review of the two service options in DDL, discuss application questions and rubrics, and tips for writing a strong application.
