Assessment accommodations are adjustments made to the assessment procedures in order to provide a student an opportunity to engage with the state assessment while not affecting the reliability or validity of the assessment.

Accommodations for Students identified as English Language Learners

Linguistic accommodations afforded to students on TCAP and CoAlt are available for students identified as ELL. It is essential to follow the 5 Step Process outlined in the manual when determining accommodation needs of each individual student.
