ELG - Professional Development Grant Application Now Closed for 2024-2025

Application Process - The ELG 2024-2025 Professional Development Application Window deadline was Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

Applications for the Early Literacy Grant 2024-2025 Professional Development Program must be submitted through CDE's GAINS Grant Management System. For application training and technical questions, visit CDE's Gains webpage.  Submission of application materials either in hard copy or via email will not be accepted. Applications for the 2024-2025 ELG Professional Development Grant program must be submitted through GAINS. Submission of application materials either in hard copy or via email will not be accepted. CDE plans to disburse funding to approved applicants by July 2024. Funds must be expended by June 30, 2025. There will be no carryover of funds. Unobligated funds at the end of the fiscal year will be returned to CDE. Applicants can use the Comprehensive Early Literacy Grant - Professional Development Request for Applications (RFA) to access detailed information about the grant.
