Welcome to our Math Intervention Resources page, dedicated to supporting students, caregivers, and Out-of-School time staff in fostering a positive math mindset. Research shows that when students believe they can grow their math skills through effort and practice, they build confidence and improve.
This page provides tools and activities to strengthen math skills, support learning at home and make math engaging beyond the classroom. Explore the materials below to build confidence, understanding and a love for math.
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) has released free math interventions to support key areas in math education across the state. These comprehensive lessons include resources, assessments and activities designed for educators, families and out-of-school time professionals.
Caregiver support plays an important role. Involving parents and caregivers in a student’s math education can provide crucial reinforcement outside the classroom.

- In the Parents Supporting Mathematics Learning Video, teachers and administrators give advice to parents and guardians supporting their child's learning in math. The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and the Hunt Institute have produced a series of videos to enhance understanding of the mathematics that students need to succeed in college, life and careers: NCTM Teaching and Learning Mathematics with the Common Core.
