Data Pipeline Interchanges - Student

Overview

The Student Interchange is a set of four files, Student Demographic, Student School Association, Graduation Guidelines and Adjustment files, which contain student information for a school year. This information is used in the following collections: Student October, Special Education December Count, Special Education Discipline, Student End of Year, Student Discipline and Student Biographical Data.

Deadlines

The 2023-2024 and the 2024-2025 Student Interchange files are open for uploads.

Mid-Year EL Coding Changes Additional Documentation (DOCX)
- This form is used when a student's EL coding is changing after October Count in the same school year and same district with an EL history > 2 years (3 Student October, 2 Student End of Year collections).
