October 8, 2020: Individual School Readiness and READ Plans

• During this session, we will provide some grounding guidance on the integration of school readiness and READ plans in kindergarten, prompts for discussion, and provide an opportunity for district sharing. This will be an opportunity to share and discuss with others around creating and implementing individual plans to support kindergarten students.
