SEEDC Pipeline
Overview
- Student Engagement Evaluation Data Collection (SEEDC) is the evaluation system that is used for collecting State Assigned Student Identifiers (SASIDs) of students served by the Educational Stability Grant (ESG), Expelled and At-Risk Student Services Grant (EARSS), and the Student Re-engagement Grant (SRG), for grant progress reporting. This system replaced the Student Engagement Evaluation System (SEES).
Deadlines
- 2024-25 ESG, EARSS, and NGSG End-of-Year Collection Opening: May 2025
- 2024-25 EARSS and ESG End-of-Year Collection Closing: July2025
- 2024-25 SRG End-of-Year Collection Closing: August 2025

Additional Resources
- IdM/Access Management is the system used by CDE to assign data respondents to various collections. This is also how collection leads generate listservs for the various collections.
- Note: Please make sure email addresses are correctly inputted into this system. District local access managers (LAMs) have access to update role assignments and other information within the IdM/Access Management system. Please click "Access Management" on the bottom right-hand side to access the system.
- CDE Data Pipeline is the system by which data are submitted to CDE. Please click "Data Pipeline" on the right-hand side to access the system.
