December 15 Notify CDE of extended (CBT Math/ELA) or early (HS Science) testing window and test format selections CDE provides official DACs with the link to the form used to provide this information. If submitted by this date, CDE then indicates the selected test format in the state load of student data into PearsonAccessnext.
January 9 - 27 Confirm student registrations in PearsonAccessnext for initial orders

Must indicate/confirm:

  • Test format (CBT or PBT)
  • All accommodations and accessibility features with physical materials (e.g., auditory/signed presentation script, large print, braille, paper Spanish including CSLA)

Include misadministrations documented on the Testing Irregularity or Security Breach documents on the Post Test Compliance.

Indicate the status of each school's used scratch paper on the Scratch Paper Verification.
