Unified Improvement Planning - Submitting UIPs through Tracker

*Any district personnel that have questions about posted UIPs, including making edits or replacements, please contact Jamie Baker (contact information is below).

Current News:

  • All district and school UIPs must be submitted by April 15, 2014 for public posting on  Plans should be submitted through the "UIP - Spring Cycle" Instrument in the C-FIRS Tracker system.  Resources for submitting plans are listed below. 
  • UIP Feedback Forms are now available in Tracker for districts and schools on Priority Improvement and Turnaround that submitted plans this winter.
    • Districts with district-level feedback indicating 'Required Changes to be made for CDE Re-review' are to submit revised plans through the UIP Winter Cycle in Tracker by March 31, 2014. 
  • Please see the Summary of Plan Submission Process handout for more about 2013-14 UIP submission requirements and dates.
  • Please notify Jamie Baker via email or through the Tracker comment function if any UIPs are updated within Tracker after an instrument has already been submitted.

    • The following UIPs must be submitted to CDE for review by April 15, 2014:
      • All District UIPs
      • All School UIPs
Guide to Re-submit District UIPs with Required Changes for Re-review - Due March 31, 2014 (PDF)

    • The District-level UIP Feedback Form (page 3) indicates if the district is required to resubmit a revised plan by March 31, 2014.

    • The following UIPs must be submitted to CDE for review by January 15, 2014:
      • Districts Accredited with a Priority Improvement or Turnaround Plan
      • Schools assigned to a Priority Improvement or Turnaround Plan
