Required Demographics

As part of the ELAT Project, each district agreed to include the required demographics in their enrollment files.  Please ensure your files include the following demographics by October 26th.

  1. Gender

  2. Race/Ethnicity

  3. Eligible for Special Education

  4. English as a Second Language

On November 5th, students without all of the required demographics will be flagged with a ‘critical error’.  This means that they will no longer be assigned to a class or be available for assessment and will not be able to be assessed.

To confirm your demographics are correct, please follow the following directions:

  • Log into mCLASShome.com

  • Click the Orange Reporting Tab

  • Click View My Data

  • Click mCLASS DIBELS Next

  • Click Download Your Data to receive a CSV file

  • Sort and Filter the file to look at each required demographic individually. If there are any students that have a N/A for any demographic, that student’s demographic needs to be updated with a true value.

Reminder:  There is Still Time to set Pathways of Progress Goals

Pathways of Progress provides an evaluation of individual student growth or improvement over time, compared to other students with the same level of initial skills. This innovative approach empowers educators to set individualized student goals that are meaningful, ambitious, and attainable.
