ELAT 2021-22 Application Process
CDE is now accepting applications from both new and renewal applicants for the Early Literacy Assessment Tool (ELAT) Project.
Applications are due Friday, January 29, 2021, by 11:59 pm.
An application training webinar was held on Thursday, January 7th. If you missed it, please feel free to listen to the recording. You can also review the slides that were discussed.
The application is available online through Smartsheet. Access the link in the request for applications document.
January Office Hours
The ELAT Amplify Team will be hosting January Office Hours, “Using your MOY data to plan the next five months” on Thursday, January at 2:00 PM MST. We will be recording and sending it out as well as posting on the ELAT Microsite so all educators can have access. Please register to receive the recording.

Comparing Populations for MOY for 2019-20 and 2020-21 school year by grade level.

Comparing Measures Report for MOY 2020-21 by grade level.

Correlation Report for BOY to MOY 2020-21 by grade level.

How to Help Beginning Readers During the Pandemic
2020-21 ELAT Professional Development
Data analysis and instructional planning are more do-able when we work together! Join our PD sessions to help make it a bit easier.
ELAT will be offering sessions after the MOY benchmark windows are completed. Please join us for one of the following:

Post-MOY Data Analysis for Teachers (for schools in Year 2 and beyond)

Post-MOY Data Analysis for Leaders (for schools in Year 2 or beyond)

Post-MOY Instructional Planning and Delivery Across the Tiers for Leaders (for schools in Year 2 and beyond)
