Face-to-Face format
Join us this summer in Westminster for a FREE two-day conference to learn resources and strategies to support Multilingual Learners (MLs) in the special education process. Participants will explore best practices for conducting thorough and appropriate evaluations and delivering targeted instruction that meets each student's unique needs.
This is is a great opportunity for educators working with MLs, including Speech-Language Pathologists, School-Based Mental Health Professionals, English Language Development Teachers, Special Education Generalists, reading teachers, interventionists, school and district administrators, and other related professionals.
Participants who attend both days and complete an action plan will receive a certificate for 6.0 CDE Special Education and Behavioral Health hours and 6.0 EL PD recertification hours.
The CDE will not be able to provide lodging or travel reimbursement for attendees.
Registration
- Registration closes May 22, 2026.
- Registration does not guarantee enrollment in the conference.
- Priority will be given to licensed educators and professionals currently working in public school settings, individuals registering as part of a team, districts identified for significant proportionality, propionate representation across areas of specialty and first-time attendees.
- Space is limited, you will receive a confirmation email if your registration is approved or if you are on the waitlist.

Certificate
