Expected Evaluation Activity Timeline

As a part of the Memorandum of Understanding between CDE and the district/BOCES, each participant agreed to adhere to the following timelines for evaluation activities: 

• Revised Teacher Rubric Baseline Survey window from August 1^st, 2017 to August 31^st, 2017 to be completed within the first week of an educator’s return to school
• Self-assessments completed no later than October 15^th, 2017
• Mid-year reviews completed no later than February 1^st, 2018
• End-of-Year review/conference completed by approximately April 15^th
• Revised Teacher Rubric Feedback Survey window from April 15^th, 2018  to April 30^th, 2018
• Final professional practice ratings completed no later than May 1, 2018
• Final MSL and overall effectiveness ratings completed no later than June 9, 2018
