Face-to-Face format

School Nutrition Programs (SNP) Academy is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills required to successfully operate your food service program. SNP Academy is an excellent training opportunity for existing and new school food service professionals focused on menu planning, free and reduced price processes, meal counting and claiming, procurement, food safety and financial management. Not only will your staff have an opportunity to expand their knowledge in these focus areas but this is a great opportunity to network with and learn from surrounding schools and school nutrition professionals in the area. This training is an opportunity to support new directors or directors who need a refresher to learn the basic skills necessary to succeed in their careers in school nutrition.
