If you are employed in a public school district in a position that does not require a CDE license, fingerprints shall be submitted pursuant to 22-32-109.8 C.R.S. for your employing school district. Before beginning, you must obtain your school district's CBI account number which begins with CONCJ----. This CONCJ number can be obtained from your school district's human resources department. Fingerprint results will go directly to your school district -- not to CDE -- and cannot be used for licensing purposes.

No payment will be collected until you arrive at your service appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, open the email that you received at the time you booked the appointment and click on the link to check your status and then click the "Cancel Appointment" link.

Select “CO Licensure/Employment Cabs” for the reason why you need to get fingerprinted. This should be the first selection from that list.
Next, select "ED NON-LICENSED-SCH DISTRICT...", for the reason.
Next, either enter your school district's CBI issued Unique ID or search by your agency by name. Contact your HR unit as they should have this number, if they do not, contact this vendor with any questions at the number below. CDE does not have this number and cannot provide it to you as we do not issue this number.
Payment is due upon completing your online "order" and this vendor does not offer any refunds, so please make your selections carefully. Contact them about rescheduling an appointment.

No other vendors, other than those listed above, are authorized to take fingerprints for CDE by statute. Colorado law requires that prints be taken by law enforcement or by a vendor approved by CBI. Using another vendor, may be costly and may require you to submit a new set of prints taken by one of the above listed vendors.
