Grant Opportunities

The Colorado State Library (CSL) administers three different grants on a yearly basis to eligible libraries in Colorado. CSL also provides information and resources to libraries about E-rate.

Library Service and Technology Act (LSTA) grants

LSTA grants are a competitive grant process to assist libraries and library-related agencies develop programs and projects that enable Coloradans to receive improved library services.

State Grants to Libraries

The State Grants to Libraries are distributed to all eligible libraries to fund grants for library materials.

Summer Reading Mini-Grants

Mini-Grants are awarded to public libraries to support and promote the current year's Statewide Summer Reading Program in their local communities. For the Mini-Grants, priority is given to libraries below 10,000 Legal Service Area (LSA) population and libraries in non-metro locations.
