Colorado Nutrition Portal
The Colorado Nutrition Portal is used by Colorado School Food Authorities (SFAs) to complete the annual renewal applications, submit claims, collect data for the verification and Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), submit applications and claims for the Summer Food Service Program, coordination of the Administrative Review and submission of annual Food Safety Inspections.
To add, modify, and update existing users in the Colorado Nutrition Portal, please fill out the New User Request form.
Important Information about SFSP Claims, including Emergency Feeding
Sponsors that served meals during unanticipated school closures operated the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), also referred to as emergency feeding. All meals served within the month of May must be claimed in the Smartsheet May claim submission form. All meals served in the month of June must be claimed in the Colorado Nutrition Portal under SFSP (red tile). SFSP meals served in July and August will also be claimed in the Portal under SFSP. The claiming process was streamlined to allow sponsors to submit sponsor-level claims throughout program year 2020 for the SFSP. At this time, the claiming module is unavailable due to this system change.
