Montessori Peaks Charter Academy (MPA) is a PreK-7th grade public charter school located in the southwest corridor of the Denver metropolitan area in unincorporated Jefferson County, Colorado. MPA strives to be an educational journey, preparing each child to uniquely contribute to our shared community. Montessori philosophy and methodology is based on the education of the whole child. social development of the child. Honoring the individual child is one of the main guiding principles of the school and its curriculum. The Homeschool Program facilitates critical thinking and whole child development one or two days a week, focusing on Montessori philosophy, inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, and social emotional regulation. The school's founding philosophy is best conveyed in its Mission Statement: ''It is the mission of Montessori Peaks Academy to achieve high standards of individual excellence by guiding the whole student through an exceptional learning experience based on the educational philosophy of Maria Montessori.''
