Conflict Center

Offer schools a curriculum for managing social-emotional learning. Includes staff training, restorative practice programming, and other auxiliary programs and services customized to each school’s needs. Emphasis in schools includes a five step approach that trains, assesses, and coaches school staff and faculty in the implementation of restorative practice with the goal of transforming whole school cultures. Our programs encourage positive, healthy communication and using conflict as an opportunity to solve problems and strengthen relationships. Overview of Schools Programs Also offer a youth anger management class that encourages those same skills in positive communication with the goal of reducing bullying and violence.
