ALAS Dropout Prevention Program

The ALAS Dropout Prevention Model and ALAS Resilience Builder have been rigorously tested. These programs have been shown to increase school grades and credits. Both programs have been proven effective with special education students, English language learners and students from low-income communities. The ALAS Dropout Prevention Model and ALAS Resilience Builder offer extensive coaching and professional development geared to build permanent capacity for preventing school dropout and increasing student achievement in low performing schools and with at-risk students. The program is shown to build capacity of schools and staff to close the achievement gap of at-risk learners. ALAS Resilience Builder provides FREE training to permanently build teaching capacity to improve learning and long term performance of at-risk students.
