Training on the State Model Performance Management System

The Educator Effectiveness team will provide training opportunities for district/BOCES/charter school level staff using the Colorado State Model Performance Management System (RANDA) for the 2016-17 school year. This training is intended for evaluators and district staff with prior experience using the system. The objectives are to align the State Model Evaluation Process to local values and needs; focus on maximizing use of the system by providing tips and tricks to make it more effective and efficient; and showcasing enhancements that have been added. Participants will also have "lab time" to address specific questions that arose while using the system in the past year.

Staff from districts/BOCES/charter schools that are new to the system are welcome to attend; however, these training opportunities are designed for those who have been utilizing the system. Novice users are encouraged to watch our training videos prior to attending to have a base understanding of the system.

There are currently no scheduled trainings. Please email copms@cde.state.co.us if you would like to request a training.
