Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Framework: A Tier I Systems level Training

This is a two-day workshop on Tier I systems for PBIS. In this workshop, the Office of Learning Supports (OLS) will provide training and support on the implementation of PBIS within the MTSS framework. The workshop will occur on two consecutive dates (Oct 19 and Oct 20), with the second date building upon the content of the first date.

The event will be in the Western Slope or Southwest region. The exact location will be decided based on the location of the majority of registrants.

Who can attend?

  • District-level PBIS/MTSS Coaches, Coordinators, Behavioral Health TOSAs or MH Specialists supporting schools in Tier I implementation practices

  • School-based Universal/Tier I Leadership teams at the elementary or secondary level, including administrators, licensed staff, classified staff, and parents, whose mission it is to prioritize, develop, and implement evidence-based practices to improve the school culture and climate

For school-based teams, a minimum of 3 team members required to participate. One member must be an Administrator. Everyone on your team team must register individually.

Training Information:

*Professional learning certificates of completion (for documentation of 13.0 hours of training) will be available for participants.

**There is no cost for registration, but you must register via this website to participate.

This is a two-day training: Please plan to attend both days.

Lunch on both days will be on your own.
