Process for Data Analysis: Departments created goals based upon prior year targets, current performance, and school data trends. Departments identified performance challenges and root causes and refined action plans based upon data. In addition, PLC time throughout the year is allocated to the whole staff professional development that resulted from data analysis of SAT, PSAT 10, PSAT 8/9, CMAS Science, and ACCESS that determined strengths and areas for growth in student achievement and instructional strategies. The school leadership team consistently reviews and consolidates this information to help make connections between district initiatives and classroom-level instruction.
