The Food Service Management Company and Meal Vendor Training series outlines the contracting process for child nutrition sponsors. This training provides and overview of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for contracting with a Meal Vendor or Food Service Management Company. After this training, participants will be able to explain the basic components of FSMC and Meal Vendor contracts and identify the steps and timeline of the RFP process.
