Colorado Facility Schools Board of Education (CFSBE)

At its October meeting, the Facility Schools Board voted to approve a notice of rulemaking for amendments to 1 CCR 304-1 Rules for the Administration of the Facility Schools Act. Details on the rule filing, along with a redlined and clean version of the rules can be found here. The board will hold a public hearing on the proposed rules at its December meeting, at which point, members of the public can provide oral testimony on the proposed rule changes. If you wish to provide written comment prior to the hearing, please email those comments to facility_schools@cde.state.co.us.
