Program Description: Completion of this State Model Educator Evaluation System training will allow any person(s) not currently holding a principal’s license to evaluate teachers, principals or specialized service providers (SSP) in Colorado. Training will be modified to meet other needs of specific school districts/BOCES. Additionally, all participants will receive training and ongoing support on the Colorado Performance Management System created by RANDA Solutions. The training will provide ‘how to’ documents for using the Evaluation tool as well as strategies and ways to use the tool as a resource when evaluating educators.
