Program Description

Mountain BOCES is offering a training in Supervision and Evaluation for Colorado Educators to qualify and approve various professionals to conduct formal observations for evaluation of instructional staff. The course is formatted to Colorado Quality Standards and will follow Colorado Department of Education requirements to train administrators and teacher leaders to understand teaching standards, data collection, data driven leadership, management skills, and coaching and feedback techniques. Graduate credit will be available at additional cost through Adams State University.
