Dr. Carol Eaton is the Executive Director of Instructional Data Services for Jefferson County Public Schools. In this role, she directs several departments that encompass assessment, research, program evaluation, accountability, data reporting, and Title I. She has worked for Jeffco Public Schools since 2000. She served as an officer for the Association of Colorado Educational Evaluators (ACEE) and as a member of several CDE stakeholder committees, including the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP), the Colorado Standards Stakeholder Committee and the Colorado Assessment Stakeholder Committee. She earned her doctorate from Syracuse University.
